The controller of your personal data is Petro Hordiienko, a sole proprietorship in Poznań (NIP 7792574305, REGON 529280228), ul. Ziębicka 14A lok. 19, 60-164 Poznań.

What the site stores
Without your consent the site stores only what it needs to work: a NEXT_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language (1 year), and your theme and analytics choices in your browser local storage.
The site has no accounts, forms or advertising.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) and records pages viewed, approximate location, device, browser and referrer under a pseudonymous identifier. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
I use this only to learn which pages are useful. Advertising and personalization features are switched off.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law).
Transfers and retention
Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics data is kept for 14 months at most.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies and does not affect earlier processing.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Emails and bookings
If you email me or book a call, I use your details only to reply and arrange the work (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and keep them as long as needed for that and for possible legal claims.
